Why Do We Experience These Ascension Symptoms
Experiencing light at an elevated level sets much in motion on all levels within your soul basket.
It has a particular effect on the etheric body (Chakra system) and your intuition and healing ability becomes expanded in short spurts in the beginning.
As the initiations increase the vibrational frequency of the physical and etheric body, it also brings any negative energies within to the surface to be released.
You may have to investigate and challenge old thought and behavioral structures and you may find that you must reject and replace them.
Challenging these structures lifts your energy and consciousness to a far higher level than you have ever achieved before, and you may experience a spiritual awakening
Usually, this influx of light takes about three to five days to modify each Chakra, so the complete process lasts a minimum of a month.
Although your channel is opened between the heart and Crown chakras, the lower Chakras are equally important and are also adjusted to the light during the cleansing period.
What Can These Symptoms Look Like

Pains of the past: After receiving this influx of light, some pains we either buried or believed we had healed come back up to the surface for you to revisit. This is because they were not fully healed in the past and have come back and given you an opportunity to heal them permanently.

Increased sweating: One way for our body to expel toxins is through sweat

Increased Urination: Another way to release toxins in the body is through urine. Our kidneys regulate the number of certain elements in the blood. Leftovers expel through urine

Increased bowel movements: Through our stools is another way we get rid of toxins

Rashes: Skin rashes, mouth sores and pimples like acne can appear on the skin. If you experience this, try not to use any chemicals, and let nature take its course.

Vomiting: This is less likely to occur, the body uses this route when it is heavily congested.

Cold or flu symptoms: These symptoms will stop when the body has completed the process of detoxification...could take up to 6 months...depending on your imprinting and programming you must clear.

Headaches: you can try to relieve the symptoms with some self-healing, but the pain will not disappear entirely until the process is completed.

Fever: the body's way of burning toxins. Should only take a few days
